All reservations require a credit card deposit of 25% including 9% NH M&R Tax at time of booking.

Reservations must be cancelled at least two days prior to arrival and deposit will be refunded except for a $25.00 processing fee. If cancelled within two days of arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.  If we do not receive notice of cancellation prior to your arrival, you will be charged for one nights stay.

Check In at 3 pm. Check Out by 11 am.

Smoking only in designated outdoor areas.

No pets.

Inflatable mattresses available for some rooms at $35.00 per person.

Breakfast included for guests of the inn only.

You will be notified of any damages you caused during your stay by the day following your departure and the cost of the damage will be charged to your credit card.
