Well, here we are at the end of our second season….and two years plus after our last news post…So much has happened and more to come! Our apologies for being so bad with news updates!! We will try to do better…Promise!

Special thanks to all our couples who came to visit us when the Cyderhouse reconstruction was underway, had the vision of what it would become, and trusted that it would all happen. We especially thank them for their patience and kindness during the first weeks of our maiden season.

This season, our Cyderhouse hosted twenty seven wonderful weddings, a Bat Mitzvah, a UNH Sorority Formal, a benefit for Oyster River Womenade, the 300th anniversary of the Durham Community Church, and some local business events. It has all been great fun, but also a bit sad to see our time with some very special people end…We would like to thank them all for sharing such an important time of their lives with us!

Although the 2018 season is over, our work is not done! The Cyderhouse is being spruced up for the new season. A very special construction crew is back to finish up the renovations on the Inn. Our kitchen team is in the process of fine tuning our menus in preparation for our January tasting for our 2019 couples. Our site coordinator is working with couples to prepare for their upcoming weddings. Our dining room manager will continue ongoing training with our wonderful staff family. We are also happy to announce the addition of a day-of coordinator to our staff. All is good!

We will be around this winter! If you are interested in checking us out for your event, just get in touch. We have a couple dates available in 2019. Bookings for 2020 are well underway!

Have a wonderful winter!

Best to you!
